We provide a variety of support options relevant to young people aged 16-24 years. Our supported living options have high level one-to-one support to ensure a young person has every opportunity to flourish in a safe environment they call home. Young people progress and develop skills towards more independent living situations and set aspirations for the future and together with staff and peers tackle any issues young people may face e.g. technology, bullying, sex, drugs and alcohol enabling young people to make good choices.
All aspirations are put into short term achievable goals. For example education, work experience, and volunteering towards paid employment or self-employment or getting married, making friends, and having new experiences through interest groups, clubs, and social activities. Our skilled youth workers along with our creative and open approach allows young people to determine their own pathway into adult life and endless possibilities.
