Haley Pienaar

Invercargill Manager

A born and bred Southlander that grew up on a local sheep farm, she has managed several different businesses in the commercial sector. Haley brings extensive knowledge of Senior Management, processes, procedures, building and cultivating relationships, teaching new skills and promoting growth through leadership and training. Most importantly she believes in being part of a team that firmly nurtures a creative environment that encourages continual growth and change within all sectors she’s involved in.

Haley is particularly focused on leadership and Community involvement allowing both staff and supported people to shine and have a voice within their daily life, firmly believing this is a key factor to supporting the Trusts values and fostering their vision, beliefs and values.

Haley is a qualified Sign Writer and has a Bachelor of Applied Media Arts Degree. She also is involved in running volunteer workshops within the community mainly based around inviting people to participate in having some fun with different art mediums in the art world, also volunteers and liaises on several community boards within the Southland region.

When not at work she can be found wearing overalls in her art studio creating metal art sculptures, having fun with her children, being their taxi driver, on the golf course, entertaining two dogs and a cat or cruising with her partner around the country side in their 1971 Ford Fair lane.
