Mike Brummitt

Chief Executive

Mike embraces the concepts of self-determination, genuine partnership, community, respect, inclusion and diversity amongst others to drive change and transform individuals and their communities.

Wayne Cockburn

Business Development Manager

Wayne has lived and worked in Dunedin in both the building industry and the disability sector for 35 years and recently completed a diploma in Business Management. Wayne is always on the lookout for new and different business opportunities for CCT and people supported.

Jan Walter

Operations Manager

Starting in the support worker role through to Operations Manager. CCT has supported Jan’s career by providing opportunities for her to train and study, completing a Certificate in Business, Graduate Diploma in Not for Profit Management and Batchelor of Applied Management with a major in Business Excellence.

Pam Tomkins

Innovation & Development Manager

Pam has worked in the community sector, predominantly in disability support or mental health for the last 20 years and was formerly the Manager of Sherwood Centre Charitable Trust up to the merger with CCT in May 2014.

Jo Fowler

Service Manager- Independent Living

Jo has been employed with CCT since 2001. When she first started she wanted a change of direction from being a Customer Service Manager at a Bank. Following this she spent a few wonderful years enjoying her two young children.

Simon McCosh

Service Manager - Community and Employment

Simon has been employed with CCT since 2004 and has a background in teaching, supported employment and micro enterprise.

Sarah Hayes

Quality & Risk Manager

Sarah started working for CCT in 2005 as a support worker and loved it! She was looking for a new challenge and went on to do the Behaviour Specialist training at CCT remaining in this role for eight years.

Sarah then went on to manage the Behaviour Specialist Team for three years before taking on the Quality and Risk Manager role in 2018.

Sandy Baird

Human Resources Administrator

Over the last 15 years I have worked in a variety of roles which have included staff management and customer service in the banking and retail industry. The administration and communication aspect of these roles have prepared me well for this position.

Julie Carruthers

Service Manager - Central Lakes District

My name is Julie Carruthers and I am the Service Manager for the Central Otago and Lakes District CCT.

Prior to starting this exciting new role I was working for St John as a Tutor engaging with students and client groups from all over Central Otago and from time to time working as an Independent and Qualified Celebrant.
