The Community Care Trust offers a wide range of support options for people with intellectual and/or autistic spectrum disorders tailored to each person's specific needs.
Our work is centred on supporting people to support themselves. One of our core beliefs is that people with intellectual disabilities have the right to live and participate fully in the community, hence all of our services are community based. We teach the people we support skills that will empower them to be as independent as possible.
