The Community
Care Trust provides three ways to help you find work...
- When you
start receiving support from the CCT, we provide you with a key worker (support
worker) who can help you identify your goals etc. If you are looking
for work your key worker may be able to assist you in looking for work,
or help you find training courses (eg: at the polytechnic) that may
be useful.

- The CCT
runs a "work training programme". This programme teaches you
good work skills (for example: developing a good work ethic; learning
how to use a weed-eater plus much more), and pays you a training allowance
for each day you attend the programme. For more information click
here, or contact the Work Training Programme Co-ordinator, Lionel
Gavin at the CCT on 477-0499.
- The CCT
also runs a "vocational education programme" in Moray Place.
This programme can help you to learn skills that will make it easier
for you to find a job (eg: road code, computer skills). For more information,

here...
