All successful applicants will have shown a strong understanding and commitment to positive programming, full inclusion and will also have some knowledge of the basic principles of behaviour.

We provide comprehensive and proven training to all staff through our initial in-house Competency Based Training programme, which is relevant to our values and mission statement, and further industry training.

Prior experience is not essential for those looking to apply.
